Who are you?

The women I work with are usually already operating at a high level and have built solid careers, managed teams, delivered results, kept organisations moving and become the person people rely on when something important needs sorted properly. They’ve got experience, judgement and credibility in spades.

What they often haven’t had to do until now is properly position themselves for what comes next.

Maybe you’re looking at roles paying £70K+ and realising the rules seem to have changed slightly since the last time you applied for a job. Maybe you’ve been applying for things you know you could do with your eyes closed and hearing absolutely nothing back. Maybe redundancy has forced a pause you didn’t plan for, and part of you knows this could actually become an opportunity if you had the right support around you.

A lot of my clients arrive feeling frustrated because they know they’re capable, but they’re no longer sure how to communicate their value in a market that needs them to show much more impact, and be much more visible than they're used to.
