I help mid and senior level women (like you) with practical advice and support to help you to find your dream job.
Whether you need help with CV writing, interview prep, positioning yourself on LinkedIn, or career coaching and mentoring to help you to get started with the whole thing, you're in the right place.
I also offer outplacement services to businesses who want to support their staff through redundancy and into their next role.
I've helped clients to double their salary, work for dream employers, secure their ideal working pattern and get onto boards, whatever they want and need to make their work and life better.
Who is this for?

The job market has changed massively in the last few years and it's more competitive than ever, so you are more likely than ever to need expert advice to navigate through it.
There's absolutely no shame in this, in fact it's really smart to know when to get help, instead of sending the CV that you KNOW isn't getting you interviews out another 10 times, and burning your bridges with another 10 employers you'd love to work for.
I also offer career mentoring for clients who aren't desperate for a move right now, but do want to prepare for, and invest in their future. You might have your eye on a secondment or promotion, but aren't quite sure how to get that. I can support with this too.
I'm an honest and practical person. I won't sugar coat the hard facts around your next move but I will support you all the way til you get that job that you love. No panic applying, spraying and praying or going to plan B before you need to here!

The Way Forward
Struggling to decide what your next move could be? Wondering if 'this is it' when it comes to your career? (It's not, I know that for sure).
I hear this from women every day. They just don't know whether to stay or go, to retrain, move away, take a break, step up or do something completely different. They're not short of options, they just don't know which one to choose, and how to make it work for them.
That's why I created The Way Forward.
It's 90 minutes to get you clear on your next steps so that you have a plan and a path to follow. We split this into two sessions, to get you clear on where you're going and then give you a roadmap for how to get there.
You've probably been mulling your options over for a while and trying to see what sticks, but have now decided to get help to make a decision and get moving. You've got too much on your plate to keep going round in circles with this, and are ready to invest in support to decide on the right next moves.
This package is for you if you are not sure where to go or what to do next in your career. I'll support you to make some decisions, close some doors and give you a clear plan and focus for your next steps.
The cost for the 2 sessions plus follow up and recordings is £275.

Applying for jobs but getting nowhere? Getting frustrated, tired and resentful about the whole thing and know you need a bit more support? Let me help.
Over the course of 3 sessions, I'll support you with applications, LinkedIn, CV's, cover letter and interviews, whatever you need to help you to find a new role or change career.
I'll share my knowledge based on supporting hundreds of women in a variety of industries to find a role that works for them and help you to do the same.
You CAN have a role that you love, that fits with your life. You just might need a bit of help to secure it, and that's where I come in.
The price for 3 sessions plus email support in between is £850.

Working together, we’ll go through your career story, where you’re heading, next steps and longer term plans and get down the evidence of everything you’ve achieved.
We’ll use this to prepare your CV, applications and interview answers on the calls. I'll also support you to use your network and LinkedIn to help if that's right for your industry.
You’ll have an expert in your pocket throughout the process to support, motivate and guide you.
This package costs £2000 and payment plans are available.
The Career Edge - Career Development Package
Happy in work for now but know you have other things to explore and areas for growth? Looking for support and advice, plus accountability as you move forwards?
This is for you!
The package includes monthly calls to set intentions, discuss challenges and areas for development then follow up emails to check in and make sure you are heading in the right direction.
The cost for this is £125 per month and there is a minimum 6 month commitment so that we can monitor progress and ACTION.

Losing staff hand over fist? I can support your managers to develop, empower and retain staff. If your career development activities start and stop with a yearly appraisal, I can help to bring this to life every day.
I can also help you to support staff who are at risk of, or facing redundancy through outplacement services. I offer team sessions and also 1 to 1 support to help them to move on to a new role.
