Get all your evidence and achievements together for an application
Prepare for an interview and/or presentation so that you go in feeling confident
Get your ask and evidence prepared for a salary or flexibility negotiation
Let me ask you something.
How long have you disliked your job/wanted to move but not done anything about it? Nothing changes if nothing changes.
If you're sending CV's out but never get an interview OR keep getting pipped at the interview post, something's not working and I can immediately see what the problem is and support you to fix it.
These practical sessions are a great way to save you time and energy. This will allow you to stop going round in circles hoping for inspiration, spraying and praying with your CV and dreading interviews.
