In this action focussed hour, we will work on whatever you need to help you to take the next step in your career.

A bank of evidence, examples and achievements ready for an application
The knowledge of which examples to use to answer the interview questions you're most likely to be asked
The negotiation skills and strategy you need, plus your evidence for a salary or grading conversation
