Help your team build confidence, visibility, and stronger professional brands through practical LinkedIn training.
LinkedIn Training for Teams
There’s a huge difference between having brilliant people inside your organisation and people on the outside actually getting a feel for who you are. Whether you’re a charity building partnerships and visibility, a professional services team where trust and reputation matter deeply, or a sales team looking to win new clients, LinkedIn is the place to show the humans, ideas and expertise behind the work, in a way that builds familiarity and trust over time.
Using my R.E.A.L framework, I help teams feel more confident talking about what they do online without sounding stiff, overly polished or like anyone but themselves.
This means that conversations become much easier because people already feel like they know you a bit, and the result is that you are seen as credible, and trust starts building long before the meeting, enquiry or conversation ever happens.
Interested in training for your team?
Use the enquiry form below and tell me a little about your organisation and goals.
Most workshops and training starts from £400 for a 1 hour session online or in Glasgow. If you’re planning something bigger, multi-team, or further afield, I’m happy to put together a tailored quote.

What I speak about
The people I work with are already brilliant at what they do.
Some of them have built careers inside organisations and spent years being the reliable one. The person who sorts things, leads teams, keeps clients happy and somehow still downplays half of what they've achieved.
Others run businesses and know they're good at what they do, but they're stuck watching louder, less experienced people become "known" online while they're still rewriting a LinkedIn post five times because they don't want to sound cringey.
They've got the expertise, the experience and the credibility already.
People just aren't seeing the full picture of it yet.
That's the bit I'm interested in.
Because most of us were taught that good work speaks for itself. That if you worked hard enough, stayed humble enough and kept delivering, eventually opportunities would come your way.
Then you realise that opportunities often go to the people who know how to talk about what they do clearly and consistently, not necessarily the people who are best at it.
That's where I come in.
I speak about LinkedIn, visibility and positioning in a way that feels practical, human and realistic for actual busy people. No corporate jargon, no pretending you need to become an influencer and definitely no getting up at 5am nonsense. (Dancing until 5am? Different story.)
I help people understand how to communicate what they do in a way that builds trust, starts conversations and helps the right people recognise the value they already bring, whether that's inside a career, a business, a leadership role or an organisation.
Because good work doesn't always speak for itself, sometimes it needs a little help to be seen.
And that's what I teach.

Because your audience doesn't need another forgettable speaker delivering the same recycled confidence talk they'll have forgotten by Monday.
They deserve something practical. Something they can take away, implement and see the difference from.
I speak the way I work: straight-talking, practical and honest, with no jargon and no nonsense.
Instead, we'll open up the bigger conversations about visibility, authority and what happens when we put our head above the parapet in our careers and businesses.
People leave my talks feeling seen, challenged and relieved, and with a much clearer idea of what they want to be known for and what they need to do next.
