This is for you if you are happy in work for now but know you won't be staying there forever and would love some support to keep moving forwards so that you are ready for whatever comes next.

That might be a promotion, a secondment, becoming a subject matter expert or a complete change, you don't know but you DO know that you'd like someone in your corner guiding you.

Together, we'll work on any challenges you are having, discuss areas for development and plan actions to move you forward during our calls around the start of the month.

Mid way through the month, I'll check in and give you a nudge to get you moving forward and at the next session we'll review the actions from the one before.

You will leave with evidence of what's been working well and areas to keep working on.

1 monthly call and 1 monthly email tailored to your needs and challenges.

The minimum commitment for this package is 6 months and the cost is £125 monthly.

You might want to work on areas like confidence, visibility, managing up, boundaries or leadership, whatever you need to move YOU along in your career.

Your employer can pay for this for you if they'd like to invest in your development, and I've also developed this model of coaching and accountability as a programme if they'd like to upskill teams and increase staff morale and retention.
