I will support you to explore likes and dislikes, preferences and practicalities and come up with a plan to move you forward.

You will leave feeling empowered and ready to take action, knowing that you've thought through options and chosen what works best for you, right now. I'll take you from procrastination and faffing to choosing a path and moving forwards, with my tried and tested process that's helped so many senior women to do the same.

Part 1: We'll meet on zoom for a 45 minute session where we will work through preferences, options and things you'd like to explore to help you to narrow down your focus for your next move. You'll go away with clear ideas of what to explore next. This could be courses, job descriptions or people who already do the thing. I'll follow this session up with an email about the next steps you've agreed to investigate.

Part 2: You'll then go off and do some research into the things we've identified as possible next moves for you.

Part 3: When you are ready (this could be in a few days, a week, a month) you'll book in for session 2 and we'll spend another 45 minutes getting a plan to help you to move towards the path you've chosen. This could involve working on your CV, looking at how you could find more of the people in that field on LinkedIn or talking about how you find a board role to support you, whatever you need.
