During this programme, you’ll get VIP Level support for the next 3 months and together, what we're going to do is:

  • Identify all the elements that would make a job dreamy for you, whether that's a 3 day week, a 15K pay rise or actually finding a company that matches your values, even if you currently don't believe that those posts exist (or that they're for people like you)

  • Now we know what you want, we're going to create the plan to get the perfect job

  • I'll review your CV and spot all the things that are stopping you from getting to interview

  • I'll go through your LinkedIn profile and upgrade it so it fully reflects your expertise and then, when you land the interviews, we're going to dig into the details so that you are prepped for any question that they might ask you

How will we do this:

  • We'll have 6 one to one sessions together to deep dive into everything above

  • On top of this, I'm on hand in between to support you on those days when you need that extra kick of motivation or accountability, because your perfect job is out there but having your career wing woman by your side is going to make finding it so much easier and faster.

How our time together will look:

We'll start by getting crystal clear on your likes, dislikes and preferences so that you can start looking for those Plan A roles that will more than pay for the cost of this package. And that's just the money, in terms of job satisfaction the ROI is endless.

We'll get your non negotiables down so that you can rule out anything that doesn't fit or suit right now and will only be digging deeper into those that do.

Then we'll get a bank of evidence and examples together from your past roles so that we can use these going forward. The process of getting these together will show you and your new employer that you have all of the good stuff they need.

Even if your mind is blank right now and you can't think of anything you've achieved, my genius is in bringing these out so that you can use them in your applications and on your CV. We'll start crafting and tailoring this so that it shows exactly what you have to offer and that you are someone this employer HAS to interview.

We'll then take these examples and use them to prepare for interviews when they start coming in. The biggest thing that will have stopped you from getting hired in the past, is not having the right examples prepared. Not any more!

The cost for this package is £2000 and there are a number of payment options, including pay in full and pay in 3.
