Easy to Recommend is three days to fix the one thing stopping people recommending you, so they know exactly what you do, how to describe it, and who to send your way.
Your best clients already come from referrals and recommendations, not ads.
People say lovely things about you. Just not often enough, and not always to the right people.
Your business works, but explaining what you do still sounds clunky.
You're not after a rebrand, a content calendar, or eight new platforms. You want one thing sorted, being easy to recommend.
You can give it three days and a Telegram group.
The business owners who get referred all the time are the ones who make that really easy for people who are busy, with brains full of other things.
They're memorable, easy to describe and people understand exactly what they do. There's nothing vague or wishy washy about them, and they use language that is easy to remember and repeat.
That's why I called the programme Get Tagged All The Time.
Because being tagged is evidence are talking about your business when you're not in the room.

Visibility
Showing up consistently enough that the right people see your work.
Courage
Sharing your thinking, opinions and expertise without second-guessing every word.
Habits
A simple, sustainable way of using LinkedIn that keeps your business visible long after the programme ends.
Familiarity

Recognition

Recommendations
The natural result of becoming memorable, trusted and easy to talk about.
Here's what changes:
Instead of wondering what to post, you'll know exactly what your audience needs to hear.
Instead of hoping people remember what you do, you'll give them the words to explain your business with confidence.
Instead of feeling like LinkedIn is another job on your to-do list, you'll have a rhythm that fits your business and your life.
Instead of watching other people become "known", you'll become the person people think of first.

"My articles and posts are getting noticed - less vanity metrics, more solid business leads"
"I have been using LinkedIn for years so could easily have thought I don't need a programme on it but going through Laurie's programme focused my time, allowed me to experiment with headlines and banners to speak directly to my potential customers and find a rhythm of posting.
My articles and posts are getting noticed, not necessarily in terms of huge impressions or interaction but behind the scenes in the DMs or emails which is great and what I wanted - less vanity metrics, more solid business leads."
Suzanne Ward, Financial Planner for Women in Midlife
"I've already seen the change and am now being tagged in discussions and contacted by people outside my immediate network, which never happened before the programme"
Before Laurie's Get Tagged All The Time programme, I was a sporadic LinkedIn user. I knew I wasn't close to using its potential but didn't really understand what to do differently. I wanted guidance from an expert and, if I'm honest, some accountability! I'd briefly worked with Laurie previously, which made the decision easy. The programme breaks LinkedIn into clear stages and actions based on your own objective, rather than a one size fits all approach. I now feel confident building a posting strategy that fits my business, and finally understand how posts turn into conversations. I've already seen the change and am now being tagged in discussions and contacted by people outside my immediate network, which never happened before the programme. Laurie is practical, accessible and very clear in how she teaches, and the impact is visible quickly.

"Laurie really helped me to show up on LinkedIn in a way I hadn't done before"
"I joined Laurie's Get Tagged all the Time programme. As a social media and Meta Ads consultant I know my way around LinkedIn and what I should be doing. But it can be difficult to look at your own content rationally and clearly at times. I was launching some new digital products and Laurie really helped me to show up on LinkedIn in a way I hadn't done before. Her guidance and advice was brilliant and her review of my profile was like gold dust- I highly recommend anyone looking to create their personal brand on LinkedIn or just increase and improve their visibility (employee or business owner) to get in touch with Laurie and sign up for her GTATT program. Nothing stands still and the platforms will change and evolve but this program teaches you the why as well as most of the how. The community built within the cohort was a lovely supportive group to be part of - especially as a solo business owner. I cannot recommend this program enough."
Hi, I'm Laurie,
I'm a LinkedIn Visibility Strategist, and I'm the person business owners invite into their memberships, masterminds and communities when they want practical, honest support that changes the way people think about LinkedIn.
Over the last decade, I've supported hundreds of business owners and professionals to communicate their value more clearly, build stronger professional reputations and create opportunities through the way they position themselves and alongside that, I've built my own business through LinkedIn over the last seven years, generating around 40% of my revenue from people who didn't know me before they found me there.
I hate to corporate jargon, "delighted to announce" posts and the idea that you need to become an influencer to build a successful business, and I know that:
Being brilliant at what you do and being known for it are two very different things.
And the business owners who attract the biggest opportunities make it easy for people to understand what they do, remember their name and confidently recommend them.
That's exactly what we'll build together inside Get Tagged.
You'll:
Find the words that make your business easy to understand and impossible to forget.
Build the courage to share your expertise without sounding corporate, salesy or like everyone else.
Create simple LinkedIn habits that fit your business and your life, so showing up becomes sustainable.
Become the person people think of first when opportunities arise.

A lot of brilliant businesses are one recommendation away from a completely different year.
The question is whether enough people know how to recommend you and that's what we're going to fix inside.
You'll move from hoping people remember your business to knowing exactly why they will.
You'll build a clear, memorable message that gives your network the words to recommend you with confidence, and create simple visibility habits that keep your business front of mind, so your name comes up naturally when the right opportunities arise.
You know your expertise deserves to be recognised by more of the right people.
You're ready to become memorable, not just visible.
You want your name to come up in conversations you're not part of.
You're done relying on luck, hoping people remember what you do when the right opportunity comes along.
You want LinkedIn to become a genuine business asset, creating referrals, collaborations and opportunities long after you've logged off.
You're ready to build the courage and habits that make showing up feel natural, sustainable and genuinely enjoyable.
You've outgrown posting for the sake of posting and you're ready to become known for what you do.
Frequently Asked Questions about the programme:
If your business is already doing well, LinkedIn will only amplify your results and reputation. When used well, LinkedIn helps the right people understand what you do, remember your name and think of you when opportunities arise.
Absolutely.
In fact, I'd rather you didn't.
The goal isn't to be constantly visible. It's to be consistently memorable. Most business owners don't need to post every day to see results. They need a realistic approach that fits around running their business and allows the right people to get familiar with who they are and what they do.
Inside the programme, we'll focus on building a LinkedIn habit that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
Yes, absolutely.
In fact, the programme is particularly valuable for business owners who already have a solid reputation, a track record of results and a business that's working, but know more people could be benefiting from what they do.
We're not starting from scratch. We're taking the expertise, experience and credibility you've already built and helping more of the right people see it, remember it and talk about it when opportunities arise.
Most of my clients think that at first.
LinkedIn isn't about the type of business you have. It's about whether there are people you'd like to be known by. If relationships, referrals and reputation matter in your business, LinkedIn can work for you.
The key is using it in a way that feels relevant to your audience and aligned with how you already work.
Less than you think.
Most clients spend between 1-3 hours a week on LinkedIn, depending on their goals and how visible they want to be. The aim isn't to have you glued to the platform, it's to help you use your time intentionally, so you're building familiarity, relationships and opportunities without it becoming another full-time job.
I'd much rather you spent a small amount of time consistently than tried to do everything and gave up three weeks later.
We start in September and it runs over 10 weeks with live calls, implementation time, and hands-on support so you’re not just learning, you’re actually doing.
We'll meet online every other Wednesday at 2pm.
All calls are 1 hour long, and will be recorded so if you can't make one live, you won't miss anything.
In addition, we'll have 2 content co-creation calls, these are on Monday 5th October, and Monday 2nd November at 2pm. These are focussed co-working sessions to give you time to work on the modules and content, with me on hand for questions.
