You open LinkedIn, think “I should probably post something,” stare at the screen for a bit, write a few lines, then close it again...

An 8 week live programme for business owners who are done being overlooked on LinkedIn, and ready to be known for what they do.
You’ve tried with LinkedIn, you really have.
You've posted, but got barely anything back, so decided it wasn’t worth the effort and left it alone.
You tell yourself it’s too corporate, full of people talking shite, not your kind of place. Maybe you even join in when people slate it on socials and in business groups.
But you’re watching what happens over there and still seeing people you wouldn’t hire getting asked to speak, getting tagged, getting brought into conversations while knowing you’ve got more to say, but it just doesn’t seem to get seen or get any reaction when you put it out there.
You’ve got a solid business already with brilliant client results to share and plenty of experience. But it all still relies on you being there to deliver and you're still relying on people who already know you buying from you and referring you.
You still have months that feel great, followed by ones that make no sense to you or your bank balance.
And you know this isn’t about working harder.
At some point, it stops being about LinkedIn, it's just a tool to get you in front of people. It’s the fact your work isn’t being seen by the people who actually make decisions.
You’re not lacking experience or short on results, but the only people who know that, are the ones already in your world.
So you stay busy, keep delivering, keep things ticking over, and nothing really moves beyond that year after year.
I know what you're thinking, but you don’t need to be more polished or more “professional” on LinkedIn, if anything that’s usually the exact thing that’s been getting in your way, because most of what you see on there sounds the same for a reason; people are trying to fit into what they think works instead of actually saying anything real, and you can feel it when you scroll.
The reason this has worked for me isn’t because I figured out some magic formula or started copying what everyone else was doing, it’s because I didn’t. I built a network by saying things the way I actually think them, having proper conversations, and letting people see how I work instead of trying to tidy it all up into something that sounds “right”.
That’s why I get tagged, why my name comes up in conversations I’m not even part of, and why opportunities come my way without me ever having to go chasing them.
If you’re already thinking “I don’t need to read the rest, I just need to fix this,” you can get started now.
Introducing...
You don’t need to start from scratch or turn into someone you’re not to make LinkedIn work.
What’s missing isn’t more effort, it’s the bit that makes what you’re already saying actually resonate with the right people.
Get Tagged All The Time is where we fix that.
We take what you already know, already do, already say, and make it actually get seen beyond the same people who already know you, so instead of everything staying in your current circle, your name starts coming up in the right conversations, with the right people, without you having to force it.
Because right now, you’re you’re good at what you do, you're just not being seen in the places that would change things.
Inside the programme, we’re not just talking about it, you’ll be putting this into practice as you go, so you’re not leaving with a plan you might use, you’re building something that’s already working while you’re in it.

You won’t be left to “be more consistent” on your own and hope it clicks this time.
Over the 8 weeks, you’ll actually use LinkedIn properly while you’re in it, so you’re not leaving with a plan you might follow, you’re building on something that you already know is working.
We’ll sort your profile so when someone lands on it, they don’t have to figure you out or second guess what you do, it’s obvious why you’re the one, and it backs up what you’re saying in your content instead of quietly undermining it.
You’ll take the things you already think, say, and explain to clients every day, and turn them into posts that don’t sound like everyone else trying to be “professional”, so you’re not staring at the screen wondering what’s allowed or rewriting things until they lose your edge.
You’ll see what actually happens after you post, how conversations start, how people move from reading your content to messaging you, tagging you, or bringing your name up, so it’s not just “putting content out” and hoping something comes back.
You’ll have me looking directly at what you’re doing, not just in theory, but your actual profile, your actual posts, so you can see exactly where things aren’t landing and fix them straight away instead of guessing.
And you won’t lose momentum halfway through like you have before, because you’re doing this alongside other women who are in the same place, showing up, posting and actually getting results, which makes it a lot harder to quietly drop it when things get busy.
The nuts and bolts:
8 weeks of live support
Weekly calls plus implementation time
2 co-creation sessions
2 profile/content reviews
Lifetime access to the material, which gets updated regularly
If you’re reading this thinking “yeah, this is exactly where I get stuck,” then there’s nothing wrong with LinkedIn, you just haven’t been shown how to use it in a way that actually works for you.
"Before joining Laurie’s “Get Tagged All The Time” LinkedIn strategy course, I will admit I completely underestimated LinkedIn.
I genuinely thought it was just a place to connect with people you already knew and post the occasional “I’m delighted to share my new role” update. I had no real sense of how powerful it could be as a tool to actively grow and develop my business.
Through Laurie’s course, I have learned how to connect meaningfully with the right people, those who genuinely need and value the services I offer. I have learned what to post, how to post, and why it matters. More importantly, I now understand how to create engagement that leads to real conversations and, ultimately, real work for my business.
Laurie is not only knowledgeable and strategic, she is incredibly supportive. I joined the course just as I experienced several bereavements over the space of three weeks. Laurie showed real candour, compassion and flexibility at a time when I needed it most. That level of human understanding, alongside her expertise, speaks volumes about how she runs her programmes.
The women on the course have also been phenomenal. What started as a learning experience has grown into a genuinely supportive network. We have become strong connections and I look forward to supporting them as we each implement what we have learned and continue to grow our businesses.
If, like me, you have underestimated LinkedIn and want to leverage it in a positive, strategic way for your business, I would wholeheartedly recommend Laurie’s course. It has completely shifted how I see this platform and how I use it."
"Laurie’s course helped me stop overthinking LinkedIn and start using it strategically and authentically. Smart, supportive, and practical from start to finish."
"I’ve just finished Laurie’s Get Tagged all the Time course and it was honestly brilliant.
I’m not new to LinkedIn, I just don’t use it properly. I'm lazy, sometimes don’t know what to post, and definitely lose momentum.
Laurie takes you right back to basics (in a good way), making sure your profile is solid first, then builds into how to create content that actually works and how to connect without it feeling forced.
And the bonus... you get a brilliant group of women who genuinely champion each other’s progress.
I really couldn’t recommend Laurie and her course it enough."
"Since joining the program, I’ve been so much more consistent with posting on LinkedIn and more than that, I feel intentional about my audience and who I’m connecting with. Laurie really knows her stuff and doesn’t gatekeep any of it. Getting the chance to get her eyes on your profile is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommend!"
"Before Laurie’s Get Tagged All The Time course, I was a sporadic LinkedIn user. I knew I wasn't close to using its potential but didn't really understand what to do differently. I wanted guidance from an expert and, if I'm honest, some accountability! I'd briefly worked with Laurie previously, which made the decision easy.
The course breaks LinkedIn into clear stages and actions based on your own objective, rather than a one size fits all approach. I now feel confident building a posting strategy that fits my business, and finally understand how posts turn into conversations.
I've already seen the change and am now being tagged in discussions and contacted by people outside my immediate network, which never happened before the course. Laurie is practical, accessible and very clear in how she teaches, and the impact is visible quickly.
Thank you for all your support Laurie."
"I have been using LinkedIn for years so could easily have thought I don't need a course on it but going through Laurie's course focused my time, allowed me to experiment with headlines and banners to speak directly to my potential customers and find a rhythm of posting.
My articles and posts are getting noticed, not necessarily in terms of huge impressions or interaction but behind the scenes in the DMs or emails which is great and what I wanted - less vanity metrics, more solid business leads."
"LinkedIn was something I had but rarely went on to the platform. It felt like another thing I needed to do. I joined the programme because I was sick of hearing myself complaining about the other platforms and how even though I am REALLY consistent on them, the ROI doesn't translate into sales. I was unsure of how to show up on LinkedIn. Laurie took away the fear and helped build my confidence in using LinkedIn and showing up there as myself without fear of not seeming to be 'professional' because I don't wear 'smart clothes' to work, or work at a desk."
"Laurie is the absolute queen of LinkedIn and it was a privilege to learn from her. Since the programme I've developed great regular habits on LinkedIn and seen my engagement go up. I've also taken confidence in stepping away from AI and trusting my own voice so I truly believe in what I am posting."
"This week I completed a LinkedIn course run by the most amazing Laurie Macpherson .. I decided to sign up to the 6 week course after reading so may incredible reviews . I am so glad that I did . Laurie takes a very direct approach with straight talking throughout, encouraging you to think differently .
If you are considering a bit of a refresh Laurie is just the person . Also - the group was so supportive of each other and this was extremely refreshing .
Thankful for the experience and the connections that I have made .. watch this space Laurie . 😀."
"Taking Laurie’s LinkedIn course was a real game-changer for me. The modules were varied, from defining your LinkedIn identity to building confidence, making real connections, and sustaining your authority, and gave me the structure I needed to show up consistently and authentically. Laurie’s guidance helped me refine my bio, clarify what I offer, and make my profile truly work for me. I especially loved learning how to use each section of my profile, like using your banner as free advertising space and create meaningful follow-ups with leads.
Within the first month, people were telling me my name was coming up in conversations! Laurie’s style really cuts through the fluff - she walks her talk with credibility, warmth, and humour, and her expertise on LinkedIn shines through.
Since completing the course, I’ve had noticeably more eyes on my profile and much greater clarity in how I show up online. I’d highly recommend this course even if you think you’re already pretty good on LinkedIn. You’ll walk away with valuable tools, fresh insights, and a much stronger sense of how to turn your online presence into genuine authority. Thank you!"
You don’t need another plan that you might follow when you have time.
You need this working while you’re in it, so you’re not still sitting in the same place a few months from now, knowing you meant to sort LinkedIn and didn’t.
If you’ve read this and recognised yourself in it, you already know your next step.
FAQ's
You probably did what most people do and posted a few times, didn’t get much back, and took that as a sign it wasn’t for you.
The issue wasn’t that you tried, it’s that nothing in what you were doing gave you a reason to keep going.
Inside this, we fix the part that makes it land, so you’re not guessing, posting, and then disappearing again when it feels like a waste of time.
You absolutely don’t need to be.
This isn’t about being constantly visible or glued to another platform, it’s about knowing what to say, when to say it, and how to use it properly so the time you do spend actually leads somewhere.
That’s exactly why this is structured the way it is.
You’re not left to “go away and be consistent”, you’re doing it while you’re in the programme, with support, feedback, and other people actually showing up alongside you.
So it stops being something you keep meaning to do, and becomes something you’ve already built into how you work.
No.
This is for people who already have a business, clients, and experience, and know they’ve outgrown relying on the same circle for referrals.
You can, but I don't think effort is your problem, it's that you’re missing the bit that actually makes it work. So you can keep circling it on your own, or you can sort it properly and be done with it.
We start in early May and it runs over 8 weeks with live calls, implementation time, and hands-on support so you’re not just learning, you’re actually doing.
The group calls are every Thursday at 2pm from 7th May - 25th June, except from the 4th June, which is implementation week.
All calls are 1 hour long, and will be recorded so if you can't make one live, you won't miss anything.
In addition, we'll have 2 content co-creation calls, these will be held on Monday 25th May, and Monday 15th June at 1pm. These are focussed co-working sessions to give you time to work on the modules and content, with me on hand for questions.
